La verificación de abertura de poro a nivel de calibración se realiza sobre redes usadas y operativas. Nuestro servicio de calibración, se basa en la única tesis desarrollada en el país que propone un protocolo para la verificación de abertura de poros en redes de muestreo hidrobiológico (Zamora, 2018). La tesis fue desarrollada en TEM se basó en la norma ASTM.

La verificación de abertura de poro, a nivel de calibración, responde a la pregunta: ¿La red que tengo usando sigue teniendo la misma abertura de poro que se indicó en el estudio de conformidad cuando la red estaba nueva? Para responder esta pregunta, la red pasa primero por un estudio de inspección visual el cual define si pasa directamente a calibración o requiere un mantenimiento correctivo previo o si finalmente la red queda inoperativa. La segunda etapa es un estudio de medidas verticales y horizontales de un número determinado de poros para cada paño empleado en la confección de la red.

La documentación brindada por nuestro servicio de calibración acredita desde la calibración de bridada por INACAL a los equipos empleados en la medición hasta la acreditación de las competencias del profesional que ejecuta el servicio ya sean cursos en INACAL y la propia tesis mencionada.

Si bien esta documentación te servirá para lograr o mantener tu acreditación, te permitirá sobre todo estar seguro de que tus resultados son correctos. Además, la calibración extenderá la vida útil para tu laboratorio acreditado.

Netting calibration

The pore opening verification at the calibration level proceeds upon used and operative nettings. Our calibration service, it is based in the single thesis developed in the country that proposes a protocol for the verification of pore opening in hydrobiological sampling nettings (Zamora, 2018). The thesis developed under TEM supervision was based in ASTM norm.

The pore opening verification at the calibration level responds to the question: Is the netting that I use still having the same pore opening that was indicated in the conformity study when it was brand new? To answer the question the netting first goes through a study of visual inspection which defines if it passes directly to calibration, if it requires previous corrective maintenance or if finally, the netting remains inoperative. The second stage consist in a study or vertical and horizontal measures of a determined number of pores for each cloth used in the netting.

The documentation offered by our calibration service accredits from the calibration given by INACAL for the equipment employed in the measure, to the accreditation of the professional competences that executes the service, whether they are INACAL courses and the mentioned thesis.

Although this documentation will serve to attain or maintain your accreditation, It will permit above all to be sure that your results are correct, plus that it will extend the useful life of your equipment if it’s well calibrated.
